This policy explains, in plain terms, what data the West Window Lane website stores and what it does not.

The feedback form
The feedback form on the home page is a front-end demonstration. When you submit it, the form validates your input and shows a confirmation in your browser. Email correspondence
If you email West Window Lane, your message and address are received in the ordinary way email works, used only to reply, and not added to any marketing list.
External links and images
Articles link to public reference pages and load images hosted by Wikimedia Commons. When your browser requests those resources, the respective providers may receive standard request information such as your IP address. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies.
Server logs
Like most websites, the hosting environment may keep standard technical logs (for example request times and error records) for security and maintenance. These are not used to build profiles of visitors.
